Mumbai, February 2022: Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), the leading enabler of connectivity and collaboration solutions for businesses in India, hosted its flagship industry forum, CXO Round Table discussion with industry leaders from diverse sectors. The meet focused on a discussion to develop the growth strategy for businesses that makes them digitally agile and future-ready as they follow a hybrid way of working.

The discussion centered on how digitization has altered the way businesses and people used to function. Be a BPO, health sector, insurance, or any other sector, they have to embrace newer ways of digitisation to stay relevant to customers’ requirements and grow amidst the continuing g pandemic. The speakers shared their experience on how they had to re-calibrate the IT infrastructure and re-innovate the entire digitisation processes. The business leaders, CXO & Decision Makers shared their industry stories on business continuity by adopting technologies that facilitated remote working and collaborating with their employees and customers efficiently.

Some of the notable CXO speakers at the event were Anthony Pereira, Vertical Head, Voitekk Softsol; Neha Anand, Prudent Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd.; Divyakumar Siraslewala, Director, Divya Logistics; Manish Singh, General Manager, Tata Teleservices amongst others.

Sharing his insights, Mr. Anthony Pereira, Vertical Head, Voitekk Softsol, said “Though technology was accessible, adaptability was the biggest challenges as majority of business pursued remote working. Businesses have to push to get the right infrastructure in place that could provide secured access to employees to collaborate and serve the customers effectively.”

Elaborating on the same, Mr. Manish Singh- General Manager, Tata Teleservices said, “The biggest challenge was the customer interaction for the companies where face-to-face customer engagement was critical. However, this is really incredible that SMEs and large enterprise adopted the digital technologies very quickly to maintain business continuity. Cloud solutions and unified communications such as Zoom with its intuitive and secured platforms helped businesses to collaborate with customers and employees in India and globally.
