The past due date was December 31, 2018. They also said that”The essential structures will be made accessible on the GST portal soon”
It also affirmed that “Form GSTR-9 and GSTR-9A have been told dated 04.09.2018 (September 4) while frame GSTR-9C has been advised dated 13.09.2018 (September 13) as a major aspect of the CGST rules.”
GSTR-9 is the yearly return for ordinary citizens GSTR 9A is arrangement charge players where GSTR 9C is a reconciliation statement.
The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) had encouraged Arun Jaitley, the finance minister to postpone the last date for filing the annual GST return.
