Tata Teleservices Look Up to Startups for Bringing a Boost in the SME Enterprise

Tata Teleservices has set its aim towards the upliftment of the startup industry across the country. Therefore, to bring a boost in the SME enterprise, the giant IT-company has planned to provide advisory and various other forms of solutions to the startup industries and business organizations across the country.

The Tata Teleservices company’s head of the SME operations, Mr. Harjit Singh Chauhan, claimed that their company is striving to work in close collaboration with the startups of the country which are spread across various geographical locations of India, through the medium of their vast communication channels. The leading IT and Communications company is planning to execute exclusive plans and ideas to give a boost to the startup companies such that they will, in turn, promote the entire SME industry of the nation.

Tata Teleservices has aimed to transform its motive of solution provider to the major enterprises to help the SMEs in fighting the new-age challenges and business concerns. As Chauhan said, the SME (Small and Medium Scale Enterprises) segment of the telecom operators has great potential for growth in India. As per the reports, Tata Docomo Business Services (TDBS) has as many as 50,000 users at present and is now aiming to reach out to a par of at least ten lakh customers in the SME sector.

To give a proper boost to the SME industry and to strengthen its customer base; Tata Teleservices is aimed providing significant investments in the field of IoT (Internet of Things) business sector. TDBS (Tat Docomo Business Services) aims to provide ample investments in the sector of product development, strengthening the network, increasing the customer base, business applications, development of the resources and much more in the SME (Small and Medium Scale Enterprises) sector.
