Technology as we know is impacting each and every process when it comes to functioning of an organization and if those processes are linked to a platform, it simplifies ways of working.

Human resources is one of them from where employee related various process like on boarding procedures, code of conduct policies any incident reports or training sessions are managed. This is applicable for both large and small organizations.

To make your staff members complaint to all procedures and policies of the organization, it is important to have standard compliance and regulations in place to remain in business.

While speaking to SMEVenture Mahesh Krishnamoorthy elaborated the concept of a SaaS based solution, which is user friendly. A decade ago when we initiated Ctrl F software which is also the first SaaS based full scale labour law compliance platform in India.

Mahesh says when Core Integra started operations, in those times compliances especially in the labour law domain was largely supported by regional or local players whereas Core Integra had the aspiration to be a national level player catering to all States in the country.

Manual and paper based processing would be a significant challenge to our growth aspirations hence we ventured into developing technology in this domain which was non-existent when we initiated the build and also advised as a non-starter by many practitioners in this space.

Today, the platform is offered under the services and SaaS model with over 7000 enterprise users across 30 industries using it for their regular compliance tasks.
