The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced that the MSME e-Form can be downloaded from MCA 21 Corporation plans page since May 1, 2019.
What is MSME e-Form?
MSME e-Form is utilized for providing half annual return with the registrar in honor of outstanding payments to Micro or Small Enterprises (MSEs).
According to MCA, “MSME e-Form will be prepared for MCA21 Company Forms Download Page will be an effect from 1st May 2019″
Instructions of Indian Government to Blue Chip Firms:
The Central Government had informed that all large companies, who gain supplies of goods or services from micro and small enterprises and whose installments to micro and small enterprise suppliers beat 45 days from the day of agreement or the date of considered approval of the goods or services as per the prerequisites of section 9 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), shall offer a half annual return to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs declaring the amount of payment adequate; and the causes for the delay.
